Able to cancel transfers from airport last minute, travelonline were helpful.

second time we have used travelonline, for Phuket travel/hotel deal, I had to get your travel consultant to register us with Singapore airlines ,so I could book seats, for the flights

Without being responded but they were there on time. Best price we could find for the Padma, and we love that hotel.
